01 / THE BIGGER PICTURE

You coach the game.
We help you see the person.

Coachsight by Panora is an athlete-first wellbeing and readiness platform being developed for US college and professional teams. A personal athlete experience and a permissioned staff view, designed to work together.

01

02 / FROM CONTEXT TO CONNECTION

SEE THE CHANGE.
KNOW WHERE TO START.

A list of scores is not a plan. Explore how shared signals, the week’s context, and a clear next step could help staff support the person—and help athletes understand their own routines.

  • See what changed and what is still unknown
  • Connect the signal to a useful follow-up
  • Preview exactly what an athlete chooses to share

PATTERN ACROSS THE WEEK

A late return. An early session.

Two of today’s three follow-ups coincide with the return from travel. Start with their shared context before deciding who needs a conversation.

SHARED CONTEXT / JORDAN TAYLOR

A signal. The context. A next step.

What changed
Asked for help resetting the daily routine.
What puts it in perspective
Late team arrival yesterday. Athlete chose to share a schedule-support request; private check-in answers stay private.
A useful next step
Ask what would make today more manageable before the morning session.

What informs this view—and what stays private?

This concept combines athlete-shared availability and support requests, a sample team schedule, and staff follow-up status. It does not expose private journals or wellbeing answers. Four missing check-ins are shown as unknown, never treated as ready. Signals prompt a conversation; they do not diagnose, predict injury, or clear an athlete to play.

THE WORK YOU DON’T ALWAYS SEE

For the first one in.
The last one out.
And everyone in between.

Support belongs to the whole roster.

04 / TRUST IS THE STARTING POINT

Their information.
Their say.

Honest connections need clear boundaries. Athlete ownership and permissioned access sit at the heart of Coachsight’s product design.

Explore our approach to trust

Ownership comes first.

Make the purpose and sharing choices understandable to the athlete.

The right context. The right people.

Shape access around responsibilities and agreed permissions.

A person is more than a score.

Recognize effort and consistency. Keep private wellbeing information out of public rankings.
