Our approach
We support the equal-access and effective-communication goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target, including semantic page structure, keyboard access, visible focus, labeled forms, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and understandable error messages. Accessibility is an ongoing effort; this statement is not a claim of independent certification or a guarantee that every combination of browser and assistive technology is free of barriers.
Motion and media
The decorative hero video is muted and can be paused. A reduced-motion preference displays a static poster instead of starting the film. Essential information is available as text rather than being communicated only by video or color.
Using the website
A skip link takes keyboard users to the main content. Navigation, disclosure controls, product-preview buttons, forms, and color-theme controls are designed to work from a keyboard. Browser zoom and narrow screens are supported without hiding the main content.
Tell us what gets in the way
If you encounter a barrier, email admin@panorahealth.ai with “Coachsight accessibility” in the subject. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include athlete or health records.
We will review your request and work with you on an effective, accessible alternative while addressing the barrier. You may also use the contact form at coachsight.com/contact and begin your message with “Accessibility assistance.” Tell us your preferred way to receive a reply; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis or provide medical documentation to report a website barrier.
