Coachsight is an athletics-focused product of Panora. JamCodes AI LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, operates this website under the Coachsight by Panora brand. In these notices, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean JamCodes AI LLC. Contact admin@panorahealth.ai with questions about this notice or the service it covers.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, organization, role, inquiry type, and any optional message. We use these details to answer your inquiry, arrange a demonstration, or discuss a pilot. An inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
This site does not offer athlete accounts or ask for health records. Do not send athlete records, wearable data, passwords, or other sensitive information in a form or email. If you send unnecessary sensitive information, contact us to request its removal.
3. Website operations and measurement
Hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses and request information. Our application uses a keyed, nonreversible hash of an IP address or email address for rate limiting. It does not intentionally place form contents in diagnostic logs.
Optional visitor analytics is currently disabled. We do not send page-view or conversion events to Plausible. Operational logs and abuse-prevention records described above still support site delivery and security. We do not use your inquiry to build advertising profiles.
We do not deploy advertising pixels, cross-site advertising profiles, or session replay. A local browser preference remembers your chosen color theme. Preview access uses HTTP authentication. See the cookies notice for details.
4. Services that help operate this website
Vercel hosts the application and processes operational requests. Supabase stores website inquiries, publishing content, rate-limit records, and queued email tasks in a marketing database separate from athlete data. Resend processes contact information and message content needed for staff notifications and inquiry acknowledgments.
Our business email provider, Google Workspace, stores correspondence and delivered inquiry notifications. Automated article publishing through BabyLoveGrowth and visitor analytics through Plausible are not currently enabled. If those services are introduced, we will update this notice to describe their use. Links to outside websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.
We use service providers for these operational purposes. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and protection
Unconverted website inquiries are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. If an inquiry becomes an ongoing customer relationship, relevant business records are retained for that relationship and applicable obligations under the separate agreement. Expired application rate-limit records are removed during maintenance. Completed email-queue records are removed after 30 days.
Deletion from active storage does not instantly remove copies already present in provider backups or delivered email. Those copies follow the applicable provider backup cycles and business-record retention procedures. Privacy requests are handled through the privacy contact, including identifying any relevant email records.
We restrict database access to server-side services and apply access controls, request validation, and encrypted transport. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
6. Choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to object to or limit certain uses. Email admin@panorahealth.ai with “Coachsight privacy request” in the subject. We may ask for proportionate verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If a request is denied, you may contact the same address to seek review or appeal where available. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Please do not attach identity documents or health records unless we arrange an appropriate verification method with you.
7. Audience and location
This website is intended for adults evaluating a product for US college and professional sports programs. It is not directed to children, and it does not provide an athlete enrollment flow. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Our vendors may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Product availability outside the United States is not offered through this site.
8. Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website or applicable requirements. The effective date records the version currently shown. Material changes will be explained through an appropriate notice.
