STAFF BRIEF / 07:30 AM

Catch the change before practice.

Three athletes have shared a change or asked for support. Two are new today. Four check-ins are still missing—not assumed ready.

PATTERN ACROSS THE WEEK

A late return. An early session.

Two of today’s three follow-ups coincide with the return from travel. Start with their shared context before deciding who needs a conversation.

SHARED CONTEXT / JORDAN TAYLOR

A signal. The context. A next step.

What changed
Asked for help resetting the daily routine.
What puts it in perspective
Late team arrival yesterday. Athlete chose to share a schedule-support request; private check-in answers stay private.
A useful next step
Ask what would make today more manageable before the morning session.

Suggested owner Athlete support

Try the workflow. No real athlete is contacted.

What informs this view—and what stays private?

This concept combines athlete-shared availability and support requests, a sample team schedule, and staff follow-up status. It does not expose private journals or wellbeing answers. Four missing check-ins are shown as unknown, never treated as ready. Signals prompt a conversation; they do not diagnose, predict injury, or clear an athlete to play.

01

01 / THE ATHLETE EXPERIENCE

It starts with something that belongs to them.

The athlete experience is designed around personal value: understanding their day, noticing routines, and making small habits easier to maintain. Participation should feel useful to the person doing the work, not like another reporting obligation.

  • A personal view of daily wellbeing and routines.
  • Clear explanations of what is shared and with whom.
  • Recognition of effort and consistency, rather than private health outcomes.
02

02 / THE STAFF EXPERIENCE

Context that helps you follow up.

The staff view brings the permitted picture together so your team can decide where a conversation is useful. It is designed to support professional judgment, with access boundaries appropriate to each staff role.

Readiness & availability

See the agreed daily context without piecing together a dozen disconnected reports.

Conversations & support

Identify follow-up needs and involve the appropriate member of the support team.

Culture & consistency

Recognize controllable habits while keeping participation and visibility choices clear.

03 / YOUR PROGRAM

Start with the workflow you actually need.

In a demo, we walk through the athlete and staff experiences using illustrative data. We then agree what can be delivered for your program, which integrations need scoping, and how a pilot would be evaluated. Product screens do not imply that every displayed capability is generally available.

Your questions, answered.

What is Coachsight?

Coachsight by Panora is an athlete-first wellbeing and readiness platform being developed for US college and professional teams. It brings an athlete experience and a permissioned staff view together. Contact us for a demonstration and to discuss pilot scope.

Can I sign up my athletes on this website?

No. This is our public information and inquiry website. It does not create athlete accounts, connect wearables, or collect athlete health records. Participation, onboarding, and data permissions are discussed separately with each program.

Who can see an athlete’s information?

The product design separates athlete information from staff access, with permissions shaped by role and consent. Private wellbeing information is intended for the appropriate support team, not coaching or selection decisions. The exact access rules and deployed safeguards must be confirmed for your pilot before data is shared.

Does Coachsight replace our athlete management system?

The intended role is to complement the systems your program already uses, particularly around the athlete experience and everyday wellbeing. We assess your current tools during discovery. No connection to a third-party system is promised without a technical scoping review.

YOUR PEOPLE. YOUR PROGRAM. A CLEARER PICTURE.

SEE YOUR TEAM IN A NEW LIGHT.
